Maintenance updates

Retainuser CRM On Demand (OD) is updated monthly with new appearance and bug fixes. Updates are posted on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month and there may be interruptions of less than 6 hour during that time. Clients will be notified before maintenance is done.

Security

Monthly backup

Retainuser takes a database and file backup of every customer instance every month. This backup is gathered on a separate server to protect against the risk of hardware failure. In the case of such a failure, data and service approach can be restored within 24 hours

Security Patches

Retainuser performs preventive maintenance to assure against any potential vulnerabilities so that patches can be deployed when they are available internally or any other way.

Where is my data stored?

Retainuser’s servers are discovered in the India,Mumbai. The server on which your data is stored depends on the region in which you are located at which time you start your free Retainuser trial.

Who can access my data?

To provide prompt assistance, members of the Retainuser support team have access to your data. Measures exist to ensure that this access is limited to the required staff, and to ensure that they do so only at your request.

For security reasons, you may enable IP based restrictions to prevent RetainUser employees from accessing your account

What do you do to ensure that my data is safe?

Hackers tend to object services known to have vulnerabilities, often manipulating the visibly aged and infallible infrastructure. Retainuser ensures that all infrastructure and technologies run up-to-date software.

Retainuser also employs a security team to discover and detect vulnerabilities within our software, as well as encourage our members of the wider software security community to identify and report vulnerabilities.

While it is practically impossible to guarantee that any software is 100% secure, the above measures make it very difficult for hackers to gain access to your account.

How can i export data out of the system?

By using the built-in export tool, administrators and Users can export data from each module via a CSV file.

How long does RetainUser keep the data if we cancel our account?

For trial accounts that do not initiate paid subscriptions, the data is deleted 10 days after the trial ends.

For canceled paid accounts, the data is deleted 60 days after the account cancellation date.

Payment accounts with payment failure will be suspended within 15 days and closed after 60 days. All data will be deleted 1 week after account closure.

For free accounts, data are deleted after 30 days of account inactivity
